The handmade cotton shopper in vibrant blue, pink and orange is a real artistic composition. The bag comes with a round bottom and offers a lot of storage.
Following the traditional manufacturing method of the mochilas wayuú, the Wayuu artisans also make the Leicy Bag by using different coloured yarns and a crochet hook. The mochilas wayuú are an elementary part of the culture of the Wayuu, who represent the largest indigenous group in Colombia. Starting from the round bottom, the sides are then drawn up in a circle around it. The threads run parallel to each other in dense meshes. See more bags from the Wayuu here.
