Shipping & Returns
Fast and transparent delivery is a matter of course for us. Deliveries are made by DHL or their logistics partners in the target country. If the customer is a consumer, the risk of accidental destruction, accidental damage or accidental loss of the goods is transferred to the customer at the point in time when the goods are delivered to the customer or if the customer is in default of acceptance. In all other cases liability is transferred to the customer when the goods are released to the delivery company.
Delivery of your order to a domestic address within Germany is free for orders over € 120.00. If the order is less than € 120.00, we will charge you a flat-rate delivery fee of € 4.90.
The average delivery time within Germany is 2-3 days.
Delivery of your order to a domestic address within Europe is free for orders over € 180.00. If the order is less than € 180.00, we will charge you a flat-rate delivery fee of € 6.90.
The average delivery time for Europe shipping is 3-5 days.
Delivery of your order to a domestic address within the Rest of the world is free for orders over € 200.00. If the order is less than € 200.00, we will charge you a flat-rate delivery fee of € 9.90.
The average delivery time for world shipping is 8-14 days.
For deliveries to countries within the European Union (EU), 19% VAT is included in the invoice amount.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, the invoice amount does not include VAT. The correct net amount is specified during the order process and in the order confirmation. Specific taxes and import duties for delivery to a non-EU country must be declared and paid to the relevant authorities of the importing country by the purchaser of the goods.
Of course, you have the option to return your order in accordance with the time limits specified in our terms and conditions.
In order to process returns based on exercising cancellation rights or due to defects, the customer is asked to observe the following:
1. Please contact us beforehand in the event of a return and send us an email to email@example.com. We will send you a DHL label so you don't have any extra costs for your return.
2. The product must be packed in the original packaging (this applies only in the event of cancellation within the deadline period), otherwise the original shipping container or similar damage-resistant packaging should be used to prevent damage to the original product packaging. All parts of the product must be included. The package can be sent back to us from any post office location using the following address:
